This Privacy Policy explains how Voxlinks (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit voxlinks.com or use our products and services (the “Services”). Voxlinks currently serves users in Pakistan only. We do not offer paid billing at this time.
1) Who We Are
Voxlinks provides software-only, self-serve tools for AI voice automation and telephony experimentation. Our Services and support are operated from Pakistan.
2) Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account & Contact: name, email, and any profile preferences you set when you sign up or contact us.
- Service & Security Logs: basic technical logs (e.g., IP address, device/browser type, pages visited, timestamps) used for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.
- Communications: messages you send to our support email or forms (e.g., inquiries, feedback).
Note: We do not collect payment or billing data because billing is not enabled.
3) How We Use Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Services;
- Authenticate users and secure accounts;
- Monitor, detect, and prevent fraud, abuse, and outages;
- Respond to support requests and communications;
- Comply with applicable laws and enforce our Terms of Service.
4) Legal Basis / Grounds
We process information to perform the Services you request Contract/Legitimate Interests, to maintain security and reliability Legitimate Interests, and to comply with legal obligations where applicable Legal Obligation.
5) Cookies & Tracking
We currently use essential cookies or similar technologies only as needed for core functionality (e.g., login/session). We do not use non-essential cookies (e.g., advertising) and do not run paid billing or marketing pixels at this time. If we add analytics or non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this Policy and provide appropriate controls.
6) How We Share Information
- Service Providers: we may use trusted vendors for hosting, storage, email delivery, logging, and security (limited to what is necessary to operate the Services).
- Legal/Compliance: when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

7) International Transfers
Our infrastructure or vendors may be located outside Pakistan. Where data is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to protect it and limit access to what is necessary to provide the Services.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including security logs, service operation, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. Retention periods vary by data type and use.

10) Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the risk (e.g., encryption in transit, least-privilege access, logging). No system is 100% secure, but we continually improve our protections.
11) Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us to have it removed.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date above. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice (e.g., in-product notice or email).
