These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Voxlinks (“Voxlinks”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and the services made available at voxlinks.com (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Voxlinks provides a cloud-based, AI-powered conversational automation platform that enables customers to design, configure, and deploy voice and chat agents, including orchestration, integrations, and analytics.

Voxlinks is a software provider and does not operate as a telecommunications carrier, VoIP provider, or voice transmission service. Any telephony connectivity (including SIP, VoIP, or PSTN access) is facilitated through third-party providers selected and managed by customers.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Engage in unlawful or fraudulent activity;
• Send spam, robocalls, or non-consensual communications;
• Harass, abuse, or infringe the rights of others;
• Transmit malware or harmful code;
• Attempt to bypass platform safeguards or security controls.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@voxlinks.com if unauthorized access is suspected.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Access to certain features may require payment on a subscription or usage basis.

• Payments may be processed via authorized payment partners acting as Merchant of Record.
• Pricing, billing cycles, and taxes will be displayed prior to purchase.
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

6. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform software, AI models, and materials remain the property of Voxlinks or its licensors. You retain ownership of your data.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party providers. Voxlinks is not responsible for third-party outages, data loss, or service failures.

9. Service Availability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of uninterrupted operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

Voxlinks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
